Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your time is precious—and so is mine. To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required at booking. I understand life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Late changes or no‑shows (under 48 hours’ notice) incur the full session fee (100%).
- Deposits are non‑refundable, and any remaining balance will be charged automatically.
- If you fall ill within the 48‑hour window, please call me right away on 079 4057 4401—I’ll always do my best to accommodate without penalty.
You’ll receive a booking confirmation plus a reminder 72 hours before your session, giving you ample time to make changes if needed. Simply scroll to the bottom of that reminder message to cancel or reschedule.
