Reflexology and energy work in SE25

Reflexology is a great way to get back to homeostasis – mentally, emotionally or physically. It can help you return to your natural state of well-being.

How did it all start?

I took three years out of working a desk job and followed the path of being a live-in carer. I had clients across the United Kingdom and specialized in working with people who experienced neck injuries. It was a very rewarding but physically draining job and it taught me many lessons.

I returned to an office job but still had the yearning to be of service again. A friend gave me some reflexology sessions and healed a painful foot condition I thought I had for years.

My interest in holistic healing sparked something in me and I decided to train as a professional reflexologist.

My intention is to provide clients with a deeply relaxing experience in a safe, comfortable, and kind environment. I have a personal, dedicated therapy room in my home in South Norwood, which is equipped with a high-quality, professional therapy bed and reflexology chair, set in a calm and restorative ambiance, to help my clients float off into a state of deep rest and relaxation.

To ensure that I can offer a highly competent and professional service to my clients, I have followed a comprehensive training path and have completed a one-year, hands-on, Level 3 diploma in reflexology for wellbeing. This included 100 hours of practical client sessions and a level 3 certification in anatomy & physiology. I have passed all my reflexology theory & practical exams.

I am also a MAR Therapist, which means, I am a member of the (AoR) Association of Reflexologists – which has been delivering excellence in reflexology since 1984. They work with external bodies and advisory groups to promote the highest standards in the profession. Being a MAR therapist is a sign of assurance that the therapist has met the strictest standards of reflexology practice and that they are committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge.

As well as looking at what the foot is showing me when I am working on them, I can also intuitively sense what needs to be worked on, which is a skill I have developed over time.

I am also a Reiki therapist. My work integrates mindfulness, meditation, and incarnation as a way of activating the inner sacred.

I believe in a deep connection to the infinite intelligence that exists in all of life. Reiki is rooted in eastern philosophy. After being attuned to this innate intelligence I am able to offer Reiki treatments that activates your own healing, which is something we all have within us, allowing the authentic self to emerge.

I can offer my clients one to one healing sessions and on request, I can integrate Reiki and Reflexology. My aim is to help my clients on their well-being journey.

I am completely covered by insurance brokers Alan Boswell Insurance.
